Important Notes

Advance Date/Time-Specified Reservation System: All tickets are reservation-based with a specified entry date and time. Each time slot has a capacity and may sell out. All prices include tax.

Same-Day Ticket Sales: Only for time slots not sold out through advance reservation, tickets can also be purchased from the official ticket site on the day. Same-day tickets are also sold at the on-site counter, but only when inventory is available, and prices differ from those online.

Discount Programs: Discounts such as disability, senior, and student discounts do not apply. A single flat rate applies.

Age Restrictions: Without an accompanying person aged 18 or over, children aged 12 or under cannot enter on their own. You may be asked to present a student ID or identification upon entry, so please bring identification.

Age Categories and Prices: Those aged 13 and over are charged the "Adult" price, and those aged 4 to 12 are charged the "Child" price.

Admission of Children Aged 3 and Under: [Up to one child aged 3 and under per adult] is admitted free. For a second or subsequent child aged 3 and under, a ticket at the child price must be purchased.

Admission of Children Aged 12 or Under: Children aged 12 or under cannot enter on their own. One accompanying person aged 18 or over is required for every 3 children.

Maximum Purchase Quantity: Standard tickets can be purchased up to a maximum of 5 per transaction.

Original Pin Badge Ticket Restrictions: The "Original Pin Badge Ticket" is limited to [a total of 2 per account] to prevent resale and due to limited quantity. Note: The pin badge is handed over at the reception upon entry on the day of your visit. Advance mailing, later handover, and cancellation or additional purchase of the goods alone are not accepted.

[Important] No Cancellations or Refunds: For any reason whatsoever, including mistaken purchase, illness, or transportation delays, cancellations and refunds for reasons of personal circumstances are not accepted under any circumstances. Please be sure to check your ticket type, date, and time before purchasing.

Date/Time Change Procedure: Only for [tickets purchased on the official site], the date and time can be changed from My Page [until 23:59 on the day before your reserved date].

Changes Between Weekday and Weekend/Holiday Dates (Settling the Difference): Moving from a weekday ticket to a weekend/holiday date requires paying the difference; moving from a weekend/holiday ticket to a weekday date refunds the difference to your original payment method. The difference is calculated between the price of the destination ticket type at the time of the change and the price of your current reservation. Discounts such as coupons applied at purchase do not apply to the difference. Refunds may take a few days to appear. Changes that involve settling a difference are limited to 5 per order per 24 hours; a request you start is counted even if you cancel it before paying or let the payment window expire.

Tickets Purchased Through Travel Agencies, etc.: Tickets purchased on a travel agency site cannot be changed on the official site. Please contact the agency counter where you purchased them directly.

[Cases where the entry date/time cannot be changed on the official ticket site]

• When it is past 23:59 on the day before your reserved date
• For tickets purchased through a travel agency (Note: for purchases from an agency site, the change request must be completed by 23:59 three days before your visit, so please contact the travel agency where you purchased directly)
• Changes to a different type of ticket (e.g. changing from "Weekday" to "Sat/Sun/Holiday", from "Standard" to "Original Pin Badge Ticket", changing the age category (adult / child), and any change in which the ticket type changes)
• When the desired new date/time has already reached capacity (is sold out)

Prohibition of Resale: Resale of tickets for profit is strictly prohibited. The organizer bears no responsibility whatsoever for entry troubles or transfer-related troubles involving tickets purchased through resale sites or similar.

To ensure safety and protect the artworks, we strictly prohibit bringing the following items into the venue (exhibition area). Please use the lockers within the facility or near the station.

[Prohibited Items]

All Food and Drink: All food and drink, including plastic bottles, water bottles, boxed meals, alcoholic beverages, candy, and gum.

Large Baggage: All baggage 50 cm or larger in total length (such as suitcases).

Hazardous and Environmentally Impactful Items: Hazardous materials, flammables, chemicals, odorous items, fresh flowers, and the like.

Light-Emitting Goods: Light-up shoes, light-up bracelets, glow sticks, penlights, and other light-emitting items that affect the spatial staging or other visitors' viewing.

Other: Any items the staff judge to be dangerous or to interfere with viewing.

Note: Please manage valuables at your own responsibility. In the unlikely event of theft or loss, the organizer bears no responsibility whatsoever.

To prevent inconvenience to other visitors and to ensure safety, please observe the following rules within the venue.

No Eating or Drinking Within the Venue: To protect the artworks and for safety, eating and drinking within the venue is prohibited. Please be sure to hydrate before entering.

No Touching the Exhibition Equipment: Please absolutely do not touch the projectors, sensors, LED panels, lighting, or any other equipment installed within the venue, in order to maintain the artworks and ensure safety. In the unlikely event of damage, we may claim compensation.

Refusal of Entry: Entry by those in poor physical condition or in a state of intoxication is strictly refused.

Request Regarding Attire (Mirror Precautions): Some artworks have mirrored floors. Please take care with your attire (particularly visitors wearing skirts).

Presentation of Identification: For fraud/resale checks and various verifications, we may ask you to present public identification upon entry (driver's license, insurance card, student ID, My Number card, etc., something that can confirm name and age).

The venue contains areas with intense flashing light, loud volume, dark spaces, and areas with differences in elevation.

Support with Movement: For safety reasons, those who require support with movement must be accompanied at all times by an attendant (companion).

Managing Your Condition in Relation to the Performance: There are areas and scenes with intense flashing light, loud volume, and dark spaces. If you are unwell, there is a risk of feeling ill, so please view the performance in accordance with your own physical condition.

[Important] Viewing by Those with Medical Conditions or a Medical History: Those who have experienced photosensitive seizures, those who may become unwell due to flashing light, loud volume, or darkness, those with a weak heart, and those using medical devices (such as pacemakers) should refrain from visiting or exercise ample caution.

Following Staff Instructions: Please always follow staff instructions within the venue and spend your time accordingly. If we do not receive your cooperation, you may be asked to leave. No ticket refund will be given in such cases.

Photo and video recording within the venue, and posting to social media, are generally permitted, but so that everyone can enjoy the experience comfortably, please strictly observe the following rules.

Consideration for Others: When taking photos or video, please be fully considerate of those around you so as not to occupy passageways or artworks for long periods or interfere with other visitors' viewing.

Prohibition of Flash and Lights: Because we present dense spatial staging using light and imagery, photography using flash or external lights is strictly prohibited, regardless of camera or smartphone.

Prohibition of Bringing In Tripods and the Like: To ensure safety and prevent contact accidents with other visitors, bringing in and using photography equipment and photography support equipment such as monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks is prohibited.

Prohibition of Commercial Use: Photography, coverage, and "live streaming (live broadcasting)" of video from within the venue for commercial or for-profit purposes without prior written consent are strictly prohibited.

Consent to Coverage: Coverage and photography for various media or official records may be carried out within the venue by staff wearing a media pass. Visitors may be captured, so if you do not consent to being captured on camera, please feel free to speak to a nearby staff member.

Data acquired in this performance (Mirrored Body) is reset immediately after each performance and is not stored within the facility in any way.
